Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Ashoka University, India.

My research fields are behavioral economics and labor economics, with a focus on experimental methods. My recent work studies the role of stereotypes and norms in explaining gender disparities in the labor market.

I recently received my PhD in economics from the University of California, Davis. Previously, I was a pre-doctoral researcher at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and studied at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
