My dissertation explores the effect of behavioral and psychological biases on labor-market outcomes, using lab experiments, field experiments, as well as secondary data. Some of my work is published at Economic Development and Cultural Change. 

My teaching interests include all areas and applications of microeconomics. At UC Davis, I have taught Game Theory as an independent instructor to undergraduate students, and as a Teaching Assistant to PhD students in economics.
